
Arianna Aguirre. Founding Partner
Arianna brings 19 years of experience as a legal consultant for national and international companies across diverse industries. She has specialized in Business Consulting and Corporate Law, with a strong focus on Contract, Corporate, and Transactional (M&A) Law, Compliance, as well as Tax Consulting and Advisory, Tax Litigation, Administrative Law, Foreign Trade, and Dispute Resolution.
In recent years, she was a Partner at one of the Big Four firms in the Legal and Tax Controversy area, and also led her own private practice. As a Founding Partner at Denken & Bloom, she contributes her extensive expertise in corporate and transactional law, complex dispute resolution, and specialized consulting, delivering comprehensive services that meet the highest standards of quality.
She holds a Law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Campus Ciudad de México, and a Master’s degree in Strategic Business Consulting fromUniversidad Panamericana, among other postgraduate studies.

Marisa Díez-Canedo Novelo. Of Counsel.
Marisa is an attorney with a solid track record in designing strategic solutions in corporate law, insurance, and global risk management. Her legal background, combined with over 15 years of business experience in multinational settings, allows her to uniquely integrate legal thinking with a deep understanding of business dynamics.
Today, she provides strategic and legal guidance for the protection and monetization of intangible assets such as intellectual property. Her work spans from licensing negotiations and strategic partnerships to IP valuation and dispute resolution, always with a practical, results-oriented approach.
Marisa’s style combines strategic thinking, sensitivity to innovation, and a human approach to every professional relationship. Her cross-disciplinary perspective—merging law, business, and organizational culture—makes her a key ally for entrepreneurs, tech companies, creative ventures, and organizations undergoing transformation.


Sergio Estrada Rojas. Founding Partner
Sergio holds a Master’s degree in International Law from the University of Geneva and the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Switzerland, and a Law degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
He has developed his professional career within the Federal Public Administration and international organizations, focusing on international law, particularly human rights, diplomacy, and the regulation and protection of cultural heritage. His experience includes leadership roles in federal government agencies, international bodies, and academia—he has taught international law and diplomacy at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
Sergio has served as Director of the Diplomatic Academy at the Matías Romero Institute and as Director of the Legal Advisory Office at the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he was responsible for international humanitarian law, disarmament, and the international legal framework of cultural heritage. He has also worked as a consultant for the Mexican Congress, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the United Nations, and cultural institutions.
As a Founding Partner, he brings expertise in government and institutional relations, corporate diplomacy, consulting, and the integration of national and international legal frameworks.
Karla Loranca. Founding Partner
Karla holds a Law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Campus Ciudad de México; a Master’s degree in International and Comparative Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology; and a Master’s in Intellectual Property and Digital Innovation from the University of Alicante.
She began her career over fifteen years ago specializing in Criminal Law and Constitutional Amparo, also completing several diplomas and specialized programs in Human Rights and the Adversarial Criminal System. Karla is a certified mediator in civil and commercial matters, with additional expertise in international and intercultural conflict resolution.
Dividing her time between Mexico and Spain in recent years, Karla has worked in both public and private sectors, offering her services as an attorney, educator, and advisor for law firms and universities, and as an Expert in Intellectual Property for international institutions such as the the Latin America IP SME Helpdesk of the European Commission, with whom she currently collaborates. She has also provided pro bono legal support for various NGOs throughout her career. Since 2019, she has been an active member of the Red Global MX Spain Chapter.
Her commitment to bringing European law firm models to Mexico and her passion for intellectual property led her to build the team of professionals that today make up Denken & Bloom.
